This is an exciting opportunity to build systems from the ground up and grow with a dynamic business that's transitioning from startup operations to established processes. You'll play a crucial role in creating the operational backbone that will support the company's continued growth and success. This position offers the unique opportunity to start part-time and potentially grow into a full-time role as you help establish and refine the business systems.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain property management software/CRM system for rental portfolio
- Manage bookkeeping for development projects and rental property expenses
- Handle basic administrative tasks including ordering, research, paperwork, and email management
- Add new rental properties to the management system as the portfolio grows
- Maintain and update property records and tenant information
- Support project management activities for development projects
- Assist with establishing operational processes and systems
- Experience with property management software platforms
- Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience working with US-based companies remotely
- Real estate industry experience preferred
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Strong communication skills for email and correspondence management
