Job Description

Job Title: Tire Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Tire Sales Manager to join our team at RCN PH - Neo Career Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and achieving the annual sales budget, reviewing and achieving the annual sales budget, and establishing and managing the general condition and special condition of sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and achieving the annual sales budget
  • Reviewing and achieving the annual sales budget
  • Establishing and managing the general condition and special condition of sales
  • Establishing and keeping close relationships with distributors/dealers
  • Obtaining orders and collecting accounts receivable
  • Establishing the strategy for prices, products, sales channels, sales staff, sales promotion, campaign, incentive, and the action plan
  • Executing activities such as evaluation of sales force, market information acquisition and analysis of sales achievement, and sales channel development of action plan
  • Executing arrangements such as monthly sales meetings, half-yearly meetings, and yearly kick-off meetings
  • Reporting sales development and important market information on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Executing the analysis of competitors' price, discount structure, sales campaign, promotion incentives, and new products
  • Reporting statistics of the Philippine market such as vehicle registration by categories tire sales record by categories and tire market share by the brand
  • Reviewing the distributors/dealers' profiles on a quarter basis
  • Establishing the personnel plan for the sales force
  • Establishing and controlling credit schemes for individual distributors/dealers
  • Supervising and evaluating the job performance of salesmen

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's Degree is preferred)
  • With a solid background in the tire business
  • With over 10 years of experience in Sales & Dealership (Replacement)
  • With Fleet and Original equipment experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills (With experience handling at least 10 FTEs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
