Job Description

This role is a strategic bridge between product, engineering, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for website and product teams
  • Oversight of backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp
  • Monitoring of sprint velocity and timelines, with identification and resolution of blockers in real time
  • Serving as liaison between product, engineering, and design to ensure clarity and cohesion
  • Fostering continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals
  • Coordination of high-priority projects across marketing, clinical ops, customer experience, and operations
  • Collaboration with department leads on project scoping, timeline setting, responsibility assignment, and success metric definition
  • Ensuring visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders using ClickUp for planning and Slack for coordination
  • Flagging risks early, recommending tradeoffs, and driving consistent follow-through across teams
  • Supporting leadership team with visibility into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Cultivating a culture of clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
