Job Title: Lead Creative Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our organization.

This role involves actively creating compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.

  • Creative Asset Development: Develop innovative and engaging visual assets that meet brand standards and business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, design) and external partners to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
