Product Development Lead

Overview

As a Product Owner, you play a crucial role in leading product development from start to finish. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets company goals and objectives while driving product innovation and ensuring success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of the product, track product metrics to measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology behind good design.
