Qualification:

College Graduate (Engineering Course)

With/at least one (1) TO TWO (2) years' Experience

Physically fit and willing to work long hours.

Knowledgeable in the interpretation of technical drawings.

Proficient in Windows / Microsoft Office and PowerPoint presentations.

With a positive attitude, time management, and strong attention to detail.

Have strong and excellent communication skills. Has the ability to work together as a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing.

Design and plan equipment layout and estimate production cost.

Conduct evaluation, tests, and monitor the process performance throughout production, which includes material, tools, and chemicals, especially when there's a new item / new materials or spare parts from new suppliers.

Identifies and troubleshoots potential issues and problems associated with the machine during the manufacturing process, and integrates possible preventive and corrective actions and a monthly performance report.

Ensures that the working guide/instructions are being implemented and followed during the process, and provides an action plan when production output is below what is expected.

Ensures that all products are within the specification in accordance with the requirements of our customers/ clients.

Serves as the team's technical subject matter expert and technical escalation resource by creating and conducting training/training plan and meetings for all Screw Operators.
