Job Overview:

The Plant Manager will oversee production operations, and equipment maintenance, and coordinate delivery and material acceptance. The role reports to the Plant Manager or, in their absence, the President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production of Masterbatches and pigments, ensuring timely production of Order Slips (OS).
  • Maintain all machinery, ensuring stock of necessary spares.
  • Prepare and submit weekly production schedules to the Plant Manager, President, VP-Production, and Financial Controller.
  • Manage material acceptance and ensure Material Receiving Reports (MRR) are issued and signed.
  • Coordinate daily delivery schedules and prepare Delivery Receipts (DR).
  • Evaluate machine modifications or replacements for cost-effectiveness and industry compliance.
  • Stay updated on new product technologies and machinery relevant to production.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the President.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in plant management, production, and maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes in manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
