Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new clients and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation of client networks, hardware, credentials, applications, and SaaS platforms.
  • Assessing Client Environment: Evaluate client environments to identify areas for improvement, security risks, and old hardware that may require replacement.
  • Deploying Tools: Implement monitoring tools, security services, and self-service solutions to enhance client experience.

You will work closely with project managers, sales teams, and client services to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of IT experience, preferably with start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with firewall assessment and understanding of Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco, and Fortinet.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and VLANs.
