We are seeking a skilled Wireless Network Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to wireless networks, ensuring stable and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot wireless network issues for clients.
  • Ensure the stability and optimal performance of wireless networks.
  • Configure and manage wireless access points, controllers, and related equipment.
  • Analyze and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with network engineers to integrate wireless networks with existing infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technologies and solutions.
  • Document network configurations, changes, and incidents effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of wireless protocols and standards.
  • Experience in configuring and managing wireless access points and controllers.
  • Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
  • Ability to conduct site surveys and perform network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
