We are seeking a skilled Call Center professional to fulfill key responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales-related activities
- Address inbound calls to resolve customer concerns or close leads/sales effectively
- Input data accurately into our CRM software
- Respond promptly to customer emails
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Drive to create comprehensive reports
- Maintain high service level agreements
- Superior English communication skills
- A typing speed of at least 40WPM
- The ability to work under pressure
- Effective time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Customer-centric orientation and adaptability to diverse personalities
