Mortgage Loan Specialist

About the Role:

This role supports brokers in achieving settlement targets by managing data entry into CRM systems and preparing compliance documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for lodging new applications, communicating with clients, and ensuring all settled files are compliant.

Responsibilities:
  • Lodging new applications with lenders and following through to approval and settlement
  • Communication with clients to keep them updated on progress
  • Organising valuations with lenders
  • Booking and organising settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders
  • Ensuring all settled files are compliant
  • Keeping application tracker within CRM updated
  • Managing diary and email correspondence
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing
  • Experience with Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms
Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and loan processing software
  • Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
