Key Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned E-Commerce and Supplier Partnerships Lead to spearhead the growth of our business by expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing operational support.

  • IDentify, source, and secure new suppliers through effective negotiation and finalization of supply agreements.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for all new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.
  • Maintain accurate product catalogs, including complex pricing structures.
Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to guarantee timely delivery of products and exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor platform operations to identify areas for improvement and promptly resolve any issues.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
  • Analyze key business metrics such as profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times.
  • Presentation of actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management within e-commerce or retail environments.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to build professional relationships.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in spreadsheet tools.
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with problem-solving mindset.
