Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Process Support

  2. Handle the entire order process (review, follow-up, exception handling) to ensure timely shipment and logistics tracking.

  3. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve inventory discrepancies or delivery issues.

  4. Maintain product information (inventory, SKU models, etc.).

  5. Data & Reporting Management

  6. Analyze sales data (order volume, conversion rate, return rate, etc.) and generate daily/weekly reports.

  7. Inventory Replenishment Planning

  8. Manage procurement planning based on sales data and inventory turnover cycles.

  9. Cross-Department Collaboration

  10. Liaise with the IT department (system bug fixes) and finance team (reconciliation and settlements).

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory management
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with the team, and initiate collaborations with influencers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of quickly analyzing and addressing issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate inventory replenishment plan.
