Job Description:

The role involves overseeing the growth of an e-commerce business for a prestige beauty brand across marketplace and direct-to-consumer channels.

Responsibilities include executing commercial strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

  • Develop and execute campaigns that align with the brand's positioning while maximizing ROI.
  • Analyze data and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize store performance.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews and reporting to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in managing e-commerce for beauty or premium lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of platform operations, campaign management, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
