E-commerce Platform Collaboration Officer (Shopee & Lazada)

Location: Taguig, Metro Manila

Salary: PHP 30,000 – PHP 35,000

Full-time | Immediate Hiring

We are looking for an E-commerce Platform Collaboration Officer to drive growth and optimize performance for leading brands on Shopee and Lazada. This role involves sales strategy, flagship store operations, data analysis, and client relationship management.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans

Optimize product listings, campaigns, and platform ads

Monitor sales performance, GMV, conversion rates, and traffic sources

Coordinate with supply chain teams for inventory readiness

Manage client relationships and resolve operational challenges

Track platform policies and market trends to adapt strategies

Qualifications:

3+ years in e-commerce operations (1+ year hands-on with Shopee/Lazada)

Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI)

Experience with brands, distributors, and mega campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11)

Familiar with SEA e-commerce logistics, payments, and returns

Fluent in Tagalog & English, commercially savvy, and results-driven
