About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead to join our team. As a Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for customers in our Apparel store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Customer Experience Team to improve the shopping experience for customers.
  • Represent customer interests in business decisions and emphasize the Voice of the Customer.
  • Monitor and report on customer experience KPIs and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions and manage escalation processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong English language skills, including spoken and written.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with ability to effectively lead team leaders and members.
  • Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges.
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to have the right follow-up and monitoring of action items and KPIs.
