The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchase order management, inventory control, and cost-effective procurement solutions, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Streamline procurement processes by leveraging prior industry experience and best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including vendor pricing, purchase order (PO) creation, and receiving processes across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with operational standards.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and alignment with operational goals.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to create and manage budgets per warehouse location.
  • Monitor warehouse procurement performance to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records using spreadsheets and workbooks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and warehouse operations.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain workflows, procurement best practices, and pricing negotiation strategies.
  • Proficient in managing purchase orders, supplier evaluations, and warehouse inventory processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools (workbooks, spreadsheets)
