Job Description

As a remote Ecommerce Accountant Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our company. This includes recording daily accounting transactions, filing and organizing digital copies of invoices and receipts, and preparing basic financial reports in Excel.


Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (preferred) or similar platforms, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and familiarity with eCommerce operations and wine inventory management platforms.

  • Experience in virtual assistance, accounting, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional required skills include excellent written and spoken English communication, high level of integrity, discretion, and ability to manage time effectively.
