**Job Overview**

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director SF. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of budget appropriation and stock withdrawal requests
  • Encoding of price and price adjustments in SAP
  • Preparation and monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX budgets
  • Facilitating procurement of necessary equipment or supplies
  • Timely routing and processing of business-related documents

Administrative Functions:

  • Support for live and virtual events
  • Assisting in scheduling and organizing business-related meetings and events
  • Ensuring cascade of relevant emails and reports to the team

Other Administrative Tasks:

  • Providing calendar management support
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • At least one year experience in office operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Computer literate, preferably used similar IT systems
