Job Overview

As an HR Business Partner Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing strategic HR support to assigned accounts and/or departments.

You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services, including employee relations, talent retention, and engagement. If you are a results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery:
    • Provide end-to-end HR services to assigned accounts and/or departments.
    • Proactively advise on HR best practices and take a hands-on role in closing disciplinary actions.
    • Support the Account Lead and program managers on HR matters such as onboarding, employee relations, talent retention, and engagement.
    • Ensure adherence and compliance to HR processes and targets.
    • Support the implementation of corporate mandates and initiatives.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Ensure the consistent implementation of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline Management Process.
    • Handle employee queries and concerns escalated through HR Web, email, etc.
    • Facilitate discipline management orientation and guidance sessions.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Conduct FGD sessions and other feedback gathering mechanisms to gather insights and information relevant to resolving employee-related concerns.
    • Encourage employees to participate in company events and engagement activities.
    • Lead and facilitate retention talks to employees contemplating leaving the company.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Attend or hold weekly touch-base meetings with assigned program managers/leaders.
    • Collaborate with program managers on action items and strategy conceptualization and implementation to address program concerns related to people.
    • Review and analyze attrition data, including headcount, reasons, market forces, and costs.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with other HR function heads/teams to settle HR concerns on payroll, movement, data, and other people-related issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any Social Sciences course or equivalent education.
  • At least five years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO/Call Center, with at least three years of supervisory experience.
