Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resources initiatives, driving strategic outcomes that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with line managers to provide guidance on HR-related matters and support the decision-making process.
  • Investigate internal complaints and third-party grievances, ensuring prompt and fair resolutions.
  • Conduct exit interviews, gathering valuable feedback to inform leadership decisions.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive safety and security risk management program, minimizing hazards and promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Maintain oversight of HR department goals, contributing to operational success and aligning with our organization's vision and mission.
  • Support employees during open enrollment, monitoring pay practices to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Foster collaboration between departments, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage unemployment claims, representing the organization in appeal processes as needed.
  • E nsure adherence to federal and state employment laws, conducting quarterly audits to maintain compliance.
  • Audit procedures to guarantee company standards are met.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR operating policies and procedures.
  • Support Talent Acquisition efforts, promoting diversity and equal employment opportunities.
