Job Description

This role involves working closely with our seasoned brand teams to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of building and growing a brand. You will be actively involved in launching and scaling a brand from start to finish, including market research, brand development, launch, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Incubation: Participate in the initial stages of brand creation
  • Market Research: Conducting initial product and market research in collaboration with the brand team
  • Brand Development: Working closely with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy
  • Launch: Assisting in the launch of the brand, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry
  • Scaling: Actively contributing to the growth and expansion of the brand
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and be enthusiastic about brand development and market dynamics. Additionally, you should be adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about developing a long-term career in the e-commerce industry.
