Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and systems-driven individual to oversee the day-to-day execution of workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions within our department.

The ideal candidate will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, task boards are consistently updated, and departmental performance runs smoothly.

Our ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed, maintaining and implementing operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support, monitoring and updating project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines, identifying and resolving blockers that delay task execution, supervising and mentoring team members, assigning daily workloads, monitoring completion rates, and tracking attendance, leading onboarding and training for new team members, conducting performance check-ins and submitting evaluations as required, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task handoffs, facilitating communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables, flagging operational concerns or task delays as appropriate, verifying payroll data, maintaining department calendars, trackers, and communication logs, providing weekly operations updates, reporting on team task completion rates, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols, and documentation practices, having at least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in lead generation, digital marketing, or operations, having previous experience managing a remote team, especially in a digital or marketing setting, having experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and executive teams, having familiarity with lead generation and campaign-based workflows, having strong familiarity with project management tools, having proficiency in Google Workspace, having excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and possessing exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
