Job description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasay for a Sales Director and Assistant Sales Director. The role involves overseeing sales operations, managing and developing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. This role focuses on implementing sales strategies within their designated area and ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales plans for assigned regions/segments in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Associate Sales Directors and Sellers.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Maintain key client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance and forecasts to upper management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years' of experience in sales
  • Demonstrated success in regional or product sales leadership roles.
  • Strong team management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the sales process, market conditions, and industry trends.
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
