Job Title: Financial Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial operations and support our corporate headquarters in the United States. A strong background in US accounting practices is essential for success in this role.

  • Prepare detailed financial reports for management and external stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Analyze project life-cycle costs, including review of sales and marketing expenditures, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Provide and interpret financial information to inform business decisions.
  • Develop risk management strategies to minimize financial exposure.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and prepare required reporting.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Manage financial accounting systems, including monitoring and reporting.
  • Plan and develop budgets, forecasting financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flows, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the Finance team, overseeing accounts receivable, payable, invoicing, banking, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure federal and state tax compliance through timely preparation of quarterly and year-end closing.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification, experience with USA accounting systems, at least 5 years of full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company, advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), expertise with ERP accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics, and strong analytical skills.
