**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and their patients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to their benefits, eligibility, and claims. You will also guide and educate customers about consumer-driven health care topics to help manage their health and well-being.

You will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Guide and educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to resolve customer concerns
  • Provide real-time resolutions or comprehensive follow-up to customers

**Requirements:**

  • Proficient in communicating using both Spanish and English
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a BPO Spanish customer service environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word/Excel and/or Google Sheets/Docs
  • Willing to work onsite (Taguig)
  • At least 2nd college undergraduate
  • Must be a Filipino citizen
