Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive big impact as an individual contributor in our team.

  • The ideal candidate will own the vision and execution of programs, optimize policies and processes, and enhance the user experience and internal operations.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining proposals, project charters, workflows, and comprehensive policies and procedures. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in program management, policy, or process management with a track record of leading complex projects to successful outcomes.
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills and ability to execute solutions forward.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain findings and recommendations to various stakeholders and audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI- or automation-enhanced environments and experience in Trust and Safety, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, incident management, and content moderation.
  • Lean/Six Sigma or other Project Management Professional Certification.
