We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to execute our marketing campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well in team-driven settings, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess near-native English proficiency and be able to maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

The following key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Provide updates, gather feedback, and conduct regular client communications to ensure satisfaction levels are met.
  • Manage ongoing client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to maintain positive relationships.

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating across teams, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of process improvement and ability to research market trends and compile actionable insights.
