  • Responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaign
  • Oversee the company's online presence and ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
  • Manage posting and content independently with brand consistency
  • Monitor and track the performance of campaigns
  • Identify and develop opportunities to grow / improve projects a drive brand growth plan
  • Increase reach and engagement on social channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, company website
  • Develop content, integrated marketing plans, brand strategies and plans, working in close partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, including algorithm updates and new platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging technologies in the digital landscape
  • Actively engage in industry events to strengthen the company's promotional strategies and visibility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing or content strategy
  • Basic knowledge in WordPress is an advantage
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
  • Experience using AI powered tools for marketing tasks
  • Skilled in digital ad, email marketing, and funnel building
  • Demonstrated ability to grow social media followings and improve engagement
  • Innovative and strategic thinker
  • Ability to time manage, meet deadlines, and multi-task
  • Able to take direction but also work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
