We're Hiring an Influencer Partnerships Associate – Drive Dynamic KOL Collaborations and Build Lasting Partnerships

Are you passionate about influencer marketing and skilled at building client relationships? Thrive Digital is looking for an Influencer Partnerships Associate who can develop strong relationships with influencers and contribute to client growth. If you excel in finding the right voices, closing deals, and securing new client partnerships, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect relevant influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to boost brand awareness and engagement
  • Develop and present partnership proposals to prospective clients, contributing to business growth
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and influencers
  • Manage influencer campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting
  • Monitor influencer performance, track key KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions), and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing goals
  • Stay updated on influencer trends and emerging platforms to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in influencer or partnership management (preferably in digital marketing or branding)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and social media trends
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights
