DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), and display advertising.
  • Content Creation:Develop and publish digital content, including website copy, social media posts, and email marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Paid Advertising:Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid social media channels.
  • Social Media Management:Build and maintain the brand's social media presence, engage with followers, and foster positive online communities.
  • Website Optimization:Analyze website performance, implement strategies to increase traffic, and optimize user experience for better conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:Monitor and analyze key online marketing metrics (KPIs) and ROI to measure campaign success and identify trends for future optimization.
  • Market Research:Conduct market research to identify new trends, understand the target audience, and inform campaign strategies.

Common Skills & Qualifications

  • Digital Channels Expertise:Strong knowledge of various digital platforms and their associated marketing strategies (e.g., Facebook, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to interpret data, track metrics, and use insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Content & Copywriting Skills:Excellent ability to create compelling and brand-aligned content for different digital channels.
  • Collaboration:Ability to work effectively with internal teams, including sales, design, and data analysts.
  • Strategic Thinking:Capable of developing creative growth strategies and brainstorming innovative campaign ideas.
  • Adaptability:Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time
