JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies specifically handling Lazada Sponsored Solutions (Lazada In-store Ads) that align with our business objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products on e-commerce platforms, primarily Lazada.
  • Day to day management of in-store ads on Lazada (sponsored solutions) ensuring effective execution and optimization.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, daily, and special performance reports across e-commerce platforms.
  • Data gathering in different ecommerce channels and utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ecommerce, product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in Lazada, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and driving sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Lazada.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week (flextime)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends specifically in-store platform ads, and digital advertising best practices
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success.
