Job Opportunity

The role of Program Coordinator is an entry-level position in a dynamic organization.



Responsibilities
  • Execute administrative tasks by developing procedures and maintaining regular reports on project progress and outcomes.
  • Coordinate and implement activities, projects, and programs within the organization.
  • Develop and monitor schedules for activities and meetings to ensure timely and accurate implementation, with agendas being followed accordingly.
  • Support the implementation of programs aligned with the organization's projects.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to post activities on various social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement by reviewing feedback, comments, and reviews on social media platforms, identifying areas for improvement.


Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Social Work, Administrative, or any business courses.
  • Experience in NGOs, social work, public relations, and events is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent clerical and administrative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
