Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and contributing to multiple initiatives in an organized, efficient, and professional manner. This role involves managing personnel, tasks, and external resources to achieve project objectives.

  • Manage project teams and ensure they are adequately defined and staffed.
  • Ensure project requirements and objectives are properly documented and communicated.
  • Establish and update project plans with actuals and forecasts, manage deviations from the plan, and identify and mitigate project risk.
  • Act as a primary liaison between stakeholders and team members.
  • Communicate information effectively through clear and convincing oral and written presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in project budgeting, design, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Excellent business analysis skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate project teams.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple tasks.
