Job Overview

This is a critical role for an experienced professional to lead the order management process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, including bookings, billings, and revenue reporting.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage subscription order fulfillment, activate and bill customers, and ensure the accuracy of transactions to maintain consistent integrity in revenue reporting.

A key aspect of this role is to anticipate problems and take proactive steps to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and timely.

We are seeking a subject matter expert who can develop and implement tools and processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
