Order Management Coordinator

The role of Order Management Coordinator is pivotal in facilitating seamless customer interactions and order fulfillment.

A key aspect of this position involves coordinating between customers, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve issues, manage claims, and promote the adoption of our e-commerce platform.

  • Order Processing: Efficiently handle a high volume of quotations and sales orders within stipulated target times, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Claims Resolution: Investigate and process claims related to shipment delays, defective items, and pricing discrepancies, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to address and resolve any issues related to customer orders.

To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and at least 3-4 years of experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a related area.

Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using software applications for order management.
