Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Manager / Operations Excellence - Healthcare Account. This hybrid role is located in Taguig, but some work from home is acceptable. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include strategic planning, process improvement, performance monitoring, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves collaboration with other departments, client relationship management, and reporting on operational metrics.
