We are seeking a
USRN/PHRN Business Excellence Manager
to lead our Business Excellence team in driving
performance management, process improvement, and people development
.

Work Set-up:
Hybrid (3x/week On Site, 2x/week WFH)

Employment Type:
Full Time and Direct Hire

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must be a Licensed
    USRN or PHRN
    (active license required).
  • At least 6+ years proven experience in
    Business Excellence, Quality Management, or Process Improvement
    within a BPO or healthcare operations environment.
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Progressive leadership in healthcare operations, clinical research, utilization management, and service delivery across local and global organizations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Description:

  • Design and implement reports to identify performance patterns and trends.
  • Partner with Operations and Support Groups to drive performance improvement.
  • Act as a liaison with clients and business partners to resolve quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend and support Six Sigma and Lean projects across the organization.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the Business Excellence team.
  • Train and mentor employees in Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and project management methodologies.
  • Lead and guide Business Excellence Leaders in identifying proactive initiatives for process optimization.
