Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in GoHighLevel to deliver customized, high-quality CRM solutions. This role involves collaborating directly with business owners or teams to implement automation workflows, build marketing funnels, onboard clients, and provide ongoing operational support.

This position requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in GoHighLevel setup, customization, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, follow established procedures, and maintain confidentiality.

  • Set up and customize white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM accounts for clients.
  • Develop and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and pipelines.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients into the CRM platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Track progress on ongoing CRM builds and automation projects.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for client CRM setups.
  • Conduct research on features or competitor CRMs when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions regarding their CRM.
  • Manage client communication and provide timely updates or escalations.
  • Prepare walkthroughs, SOPs, or short training videos for clients.
  • Manage email inboxes and calendars related to CRM or onboarding.
  • Organize CRM assets (templates, campaigns, workflows).
  • Create reports or summaries of account performance or engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience using GoHighLevel is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup, sales funnels, automation, and white labeling is required.
  • Experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Tech VA, or CRM Specialist is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Tech-savviness, with the ability to learn new tools quickly, is expected.
  • Able to work independently, follow established procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
