About the Role

We're seeking an experienced expert to join our team as a Key Expert. As a critical component of our organization, you'll play a vital role in guiding our virtual marketing assistants through the ups and downs of digital marketing.

As a Key Expert, you'll work closely with our virtual marketing assistants to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and optimize their workflows. Your technical expertise will help guide them, improve outcomes for our clients, and keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time support to our virtual marketing assistants via internal chat, addressing tool-based issues and queries.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems in multiple marketing tools, including Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and more.
  • Assist in client escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods.
  • Develop how-to resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to plug knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues.
  • Identify common roadblocks and recommend training or process updates to enhance performance.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp.
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex tools in simple terms.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts across 24/7 schedules as required.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana), SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush), or website builders (e.g., Wix, WordPress).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automations.
