Job Description

As a key player in delivering tailored business solutions, you will play a critical role in optimizing clients' NetSuite environments. You will work closely with new and existing clients to ensure smooth integrations, data integrity, and ongoing system improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Lead integration projects, working with third-party solutions.
  • Support project recovery efforts, stabilizing and optimizing existing environments.
  • Ensure data governance, integrity, and security, managing customizations and workflows.
  • Configure API connections and system integrations for seamless data flow.
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Manage upgrades, test new features, and roll out updates to client environments.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary NetSuite expert and point of contact for managed services clients.
  • Monitor and maintain client environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Oversee post-implementation optimization, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  • Provide ongoing training and best practices to enhance client efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal and client teams to prioritize and execute enhancements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of client configurations and issue resolutions.
