Job Title: Reservation Sales Specialist

About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales skills to deliver a world-class experience for our guests. As a reservation sales specialist, you will be an expert in travel advice and solutions, empowering guests to make informed decisions about their travel needs.

You will be a critical customer touch point, championing brand values and behaviors through every interaction. Your passion for learning and developing yourself will enable you to stay ahead of the curve in this ever-evolving role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide industry-leading reservation solutions in multiple languages to meet the diverse needs of our guests.

Requirements:

Education:

Some secondary school education, with a high school diploma preferred but not required.

For Mexico, a high school diploma is a minimum, while a college degree in Tourism or a similar field is preferred.

Experience:

Previous call center experience in a sales capacity, preferably in a non-scripted environment, or other call handling experience is desired.

Hotel or travel experience is also preferred.

  • Ability to customize generic information.

Working Conditions:

The majority of work is performed in a normal office environment and/or remotely (work from home).
