Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming inquiries with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively through proactive problem-solving.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers while utilizing available resources.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy is crucial in this role. You must be able to multitask and self-manage effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous call center experience essential.
  • Strong command of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM required.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection necessary.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) needed.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems a plus.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
