Job Overview

The role of the Call Center Associate is a vital part in ensuring that customer needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, providing support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat services.
  • Listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Research information to find solutions to customer inquiries, coordinate with other departments when necessary, and follow established processes and procedures.
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete tasks, adhering to all required scripts, policies, and training materials.
  • Escalate customer concerns to the managerial team when necessary and ensure first call resolution through effective problem solving and call handling.
  • Stay up to date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes by attending meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Able to read and speak fluent Spanish and English.
  • At least 6 months experience in voice, email, and chat support call center roles.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer system applications.
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately, with a high comprehension score and strong team orientation.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
