Customer Service Representative

This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex matters as necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing accurate information and support to customers via phone or email.
  2. Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive customer information.

The ideal candidate will also have prior call center experience, a strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and reside within a reasonable distance from the office.

Requirements

Essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months of call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Knowledge of CRM software.
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
