Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience and a strong command of the English language.

This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects with world-class brands. The customer support specialist will assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. They will also resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and accurately document interactions.

The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience, a typing speed of 20+ WPM, and a basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and self-manage effectively are also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work-from-home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and follow-up skills
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
