Job Title: Home Based Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a home based call center representative. As a key member of our Business Consulting and Services team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of call center experience, with proficiency in English (speaking and writing). They will also have excellent computer and typing skills, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, they will be well organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage their time effectively.

In this role, you will be required to answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a professional manner. You will also be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and requests, escalating feedback as required, and identifying opportunities for new business development. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams for prompt and accurate order processing and delivery, meet potential clients to understand their needs, and provide relevant solutions.
