Hotel Attendant

As a Hotel Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of our hotel's guest rooms and public areas.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Clean guest rooms, including emptying trash, making beds, and restocking linens.
  • Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels.
  • Ensure that all areas are clean and tidy, including hallways, staircases, and pantries.
  • Start service rooms according to priority and ensure that VIP rooms are cleaned in a timely manner.
  • Perform pick up cleaning in vacant rooms, even if these are not blocked for the day.
  • Report any illness, accidents befalling guests or any irregularities to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Inform Front Office and P.M. Supervisor regarding lost and found items for proper handling, recording, and safekeeping.
Requirements:
  • Education: At least College level.
  • Experience: 0-2 years experience as a housekeeping staff.
  • Ability to work with all chemicals.
  • Ability to push and pull a 200 pound cart.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
