Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality professional to join our team as a Guest Service Associate. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences for our valued guests.
  • Maintain high standards of service and ensure that every guest interaction is positive and engaging.
  • Assist with any issues or problems that may arise and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Preferably has relevant experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office or food and beverage capacity.
  • Preferably has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Preferably is a self-starter and a team player, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team.
  • Preferably has fluency in English and local languages.
  • Loves interacting with guests and customers.
  • Takes pride in being a hotelier.
  • Loves being creative and has an eye for detail.
  • Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for our guests.
