Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to oversee the strategic direction and adoption of our IT platforms.

  • Lead the development and enhancement of WCM, ECM, CCM, and API platforms.
  • Mentor platform owners on best practices in platform ownership and management.
  • Drive technical engineering efforts for platform development and enhancement.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing and re-architecting complex technology platforms, strong technical engineering skills, and experience mentoring teams. A collaborative mindset and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the re-architecture and redevelopment of the API platform to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with the platform operations team to establish effective support frameworks for each platform.

Drive technical engineering efforts for platform development and enhancement.

Mentor platform owners on best practices in platform ownership and management.

Spearhead the adoption and strategic direction of IT platforms.
